Message	away with, and that is why my pricing went up. Apparently now we know that was a lie. I would love to say that I have received A+ service from Courtesy, but I cannot. Over the years I have received wrong parts, not received parts at all, been charged more than I should have been, and I've been lied to. I took the 53 cents thing as a joke, but apparently I was also badmouthed to other customers about it in the process. Not cool. It is not in my best interest to have an adversarial relationship with Courtesy - you're 10 minutes away from me. As far as sponsorships, I have none. I have simply found that I get better service and pricing from IPP.
